Terms

EFFECTIVE 2026-09-13 · TRIUNA LABS, INC.

The short version: the daily games are free and always will be. Membership is $5 a month or $39 a year, half that for the first hundred members. You can cancel in two taps at any time, and if something goes wrong we would rather refund you than argue about it.

Who you are dealing with

DailyGauntlet is run by Triuna Labs, Inc. Everything here is ours or licensed to us. Reach a human at [email protected].

What is free

Every game deals a fresh board every day, free, with no account — and that is not a trial. It is the point of the site and it is not going to stop.

Free also includes the leaderboard for those boards, the last three days of the archive, the first five practice deals in each mode, LexTower's academy, Treasure Sweep's Beginner boards, and playing LexiSlide versus at the kitchen table.

What a membership is

$5 a month or $39 a year. The first 100 members pay half — $2.50 a month or $19.50 a year — and that rate is held for as long as the subscription stays active. Let it lapse and the founder rate goes with it.

It opens the full archive, every practice deal, every non-daily mode, and removes the promotional cards between games. It is a subscription to access, not a purchase of anything: you are not buying the games, and we are not promising any particular game will exist forever.

Billing

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card. The charge recurs automatically on the same day each month or year until you cancel, at the rate you were shown when you subscribed.

If a payment fails we will try again over the following days. If it keeps failing the membership lapses and your account reverts to the free tier — nothing is deleted, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.

Cancelling

Any time, in two taps, with nobody to talk to. Open the account panel from any game, choose Manage billing or cancel, and cancel there. It is Stripe's own page — you can also replace an expired card or download invoices from it.

Cancelling stops the next charge. Your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account quietly becomes a free one. Nothing you played is lost.

If you cannot get to that page for any reason, email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. We will not ask why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Refunds

If you are unhappy within 14 days of a charge, ask and we will refund it in full. No conditions. After 14 days we will still consider it — particularly if the site was broken or you were charged for something you did not use.

This sits alongside whatever rights your local law gives you; it does not replace them.

Supporting the site

There is a one-off Support option. It is a thank-you and nothing else: it unlocks nothing, it is not a membership, and it does not recur. If you meant to subscribe and tipped by mistake, say so and we will refund it.

Accounts

An account is an email address. It exists so your progress follows you to another device, and so a membership belongs to a person rather than to a browser. You never need one to play.

You are responsible for the address you sign in with. Signing in on a browser that already has anonymous play history does not merge the two — the site says so at the time, because merging would mean choosing which of two runs at the same board was real.

Ask us to delete an account and we delete it, along with everything attached. The privacy page covers what we hold.

Fair play

Everyone gets the same board on the same day, which only means anything if the scores are honest. Runs are replayed server-side and a run that cannot have happened is not ranked.

Do not automate play, script submissions, or try to break the leaderboards. We may remove scores or close an account that does. Puzzling out how a game works is not cheating — it is the game.

Availability

This is a small operation. We aim for the boards to be there every day and they usually are, but the site is provided as is, without a guarantee of uptime. If an outage costs you a day of a streak, tell us and we will sort it out.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes first, with a new effective date. If a change materially affects a paid membership we will email members before it takes effect, and cancelling in response is always an option.
